Integrating the iconic Altec Lansing Model 19 speakers from 1977, the 523Hz frequency was transmitted through the wine during seven months of Sonic Ageing™ at 523Hz, manifesting voluminous peaks of citrus zest and grapefruit and defying conventional expectations. Meticulously crafted, the complexity of 523Hz unfolds through a dual experimental fermentation process, mirroring the intricate layering of sound waves.
