Leveraging vintage JBL 212s from 1978, the 216Hz frequency was transmitted through the 2022 Syrah Cabernet during nineteen months of Sonic Ageing™. Aromatics unfold in a precise sequence: red cherry and satsuma plum intertwined with violet, cedar, and the subtle sting of green peppercorn. Fine tannins maintain structural harmony, sharpening the palate like 3000-grit on a blade. Meticulously crafted, the depth of 216Hz emerges through a dual experimental fermentation process, mirroring the intricate layering of sound waves.
